For this reason, anyone who is\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0a registered guest at the\u00a0<strong>Hyatt Regency Atlanta<\/strong>\u00a0must pay a higher registration fee than attendees staying at the Interim Session hotel. The correct registration fee must be paid prior to receiving your badge, which permits entrance to scheduled meetings.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>For the January 2015 Session Food and Beverage Service includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Continental Breakfast (fruit, pastries, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice)<\/li>\n<li>AM Beverage Break (Coffee\/Tea)<\/li>\n<li>PM Beverage Break with snacks (Coffee\/Tea\/Soda\/Snack \u2013 chips, cookies, fruit, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For the January 2015 Session Food and Beverage Service <\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>does not include:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lunch Service is\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0included in the registration fee.<\/li>\n<li>A Social event is\u00a0<b>not<\/b>\u00a0included in the registration fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Session Registration Policy<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration is available through a secure website and requires a valid credit card for the payment of the registration fee; cash and checks are NOT accepted for registration.<\/li>\n<li>Any individual who attends any part of a meeting that is a scheduled part of an 802 \u00a0Interim Session must register for the full session.<\/li>\n<li>Session registrations are not transferable to another individual or to another interim session.<\/li>\n<li>If you register for an IEEE 802 \u00a0Interim Session and then are unable to attend, you must request cancellation of your registration before the cancellation deadline to be eligible for a refund of all or part of the fees paid.<\/li>\n<li>After you have Registered for the Session, Registration Cancellation Requests and Visa Invitation Requests may be submitted via a link on the event website at:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/802world.org\/interim\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/802world.org\/interim<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Group Hotel Registration Discount Policy<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0The registration fee covers AV equipment, network\/Internet services, power hook-ups for laptop computers, continental breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshments on days of meetings, as well as meeting services and supplies. The combined hotel room stays of IEEE 802 Interim Session attendees covers the meeting rooms themselves. For this reason, anyone attending the meeting who is not a registered guest at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta will be charged a meeting surcharge fee of an additional $US 300.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum Stay Requirement:<\/strong>\u00a01 Night<\/li>\n<li>Attendees who elect to share accommodations must ensure that all members of the rooming party are listed on the hotel register before arrival (or upon check-in at the hotel) so that the hotel can verify their hotel stay.
