If you register for an IEEE 802 Interim Session and are then unable to attend the session, your registration\u00a0<strong>MAY NOT<\/strong>\u00a0be transferred to another individual. It may only be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation requests must be submitted either by using the online registration system, or by sending an email to the 802 Meeting Planners (<a href=\"mailto:802info@facetoface-events.com\">802info@facetoface-events.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation requests using the online system\u00a0will result in an immediate transmission of a cancellation acknowledgement via email.<\/li>\n<li>To request cancellation by email, send your cancellation request along with your registration information to the 802 Meeting Planners at:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:802info@facetoface-events.com\">802info@facetoface-events.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation requests using email will be acknowledged by return email within\u00a072 hours.<\/li>\n<li>If you have not received an acknowledgement after\u00a072 hours, please forward a copy of your original email request so we may process your cancellation based on your original request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The amount of your refund depends on the date and time when your cancellation request is submitted to the 802 Meeting Planners and is subject to the following rules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If your cancellation request is submitted online or by email to the 802 Meeting Planners before the close of Early Registration, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee that was charged to your credit card.<\/li>\n<li>If your cancellation request is submitted online or to the 802 Meeting Planners after the close of Early Registration but before the close of cancellations, you will receive a refund equal to the registration fee that was charged to your credit card minus a\u00a0<strong>$US 100\u00a0<\/strong>cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<li>If your cancellation request is not submitted to the 802 Meeting Planners before the close of cancellations,\u00a0<strong>no refund will be issued.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Refunds will be issued as a credit back to the credit card that was used to pay the registration fee.<\/li>\n<li>All refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline of the session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>This cancellation policy applies only to session registrations transacted through the event web site.
