MEETING SPACE NETWORK

The March 2018 IEEE 802 Plenary Session will have a network for the exclusive use of session attendees and staff.

  • SSID: Available Closer to Start of Session
  • Password:Available Closer to Start of Session

Please report any disruption of service to an IEEE 802 Network staff member at the Network Help Desk.

NETWORK HELP DESK

The IEEE 802 Network Vendor will be available onsite to assist with your meeting needs.

The Network Help Desk will be central to the meeting space at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare.

WIRED CAFÉ

A wired café will be available in the IEEE 802 meeting space.

Please report any disruption of service in the café to Network staff.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE

Registered attendees only please.

Service includes:

  • Light Continental Breakfast 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
  • AM Beverage Break 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • PM Beverage Break 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

AV MANAGEMENT (SCREENS, MICROPHONES ETC) – PSAV

Please report any disruption of AV equipment such as screens, microphones etc., to the FTF Events Meeting Planning Staff at the Meeting Registration and Information Desk.

LCD  MANAGEMENT

Please report any disruption of LCD Projectors, to the Verilan Staff at the Network Help Desk.
