REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES

Early:  Before 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Friday, April 19, 2019

  • $US 690.00 for attendees staying at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead
  • $US 990.00 for all others (including local attendees not staying at the group hotel)

Standard:  Before 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Friday May 3, 2019

  • $US 900.00 for attendees staying at theGrand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead
  • $US 1200.00 for all others (including local attendees not staying at the group hotel)

Late/On-site:  After 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday, May 3, 2019

  • $US 1200.00 for attendees staying at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead
  • $US 1500.00 for all others (including local attendees not staying at the group hotel)

 Student Registration: $US 150.00 (college students bachelor or post-graduate level)

  • Student Registration Code available via email request to meeting planner.
  • The Student meeting fee is available only one time per person.
  • The person using the Student meeting fee will not be able to use meeting attendance to gain or maintain voting rights.
  • A valid current student ID must be shown when picking up the meeting badge.

REGISTRATION FEE DISCOUNT ($US 300.00)

  • The combined hotel room stays of IEEE 802 attendees cover a portion of the meeting room rental. For this reason, only those attendees who are registered guests of the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead for three (3) or more nights are eligible for the discounted registration fee.
  • Shared Accommodations: Attendees who elect to share accommodations must ensure that all members of the rooming party are listed on the hotel register before arrival or upon checking at the hotel.
  • The correct registration fee must be paid prior to receiving your badge, which permits entrance to scheduled meetings.

REGISTRATION POLICY

  • Any individual who attends any part of a meeting that is a scheduled part of an IEEE 802 Interim Session must register for the full session and pay the required fees.
  • Session registrations are not transferable to another individual or to another IEEE 802 session.
  • If you register for an IEEE 802 Interim Session and are unable to attend, you must submit a request to cancel your registration before the deadline to be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • If you are not able to register for the session via the web for technical reasons, notify the Meeting Planner prior to the cut-off date, to receive the appropriate registration fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
If you register for an IEEE 802 Interim Session and then are unable to attend, you must request cancellation of your registration before the cancellation deadline to be eligible for a refund of all or part of the fees paid.

• Full Refund: 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday April 19, 2019
• $US 150.00 Cancellation Fee: 6:00 PM Pacific Time May 3, 2019
• No Refund: After 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday May 3, 2019

Refunds are issued to the credit card used for registration and are issued in the week following the final cancellation deadline.
