Dear IEEE 802 LMSC Participants,

We are pleased to announce the 2024 July IEEE 802 LMSC Plenary Session will be conducted in person in Montreal, Quebec,with provisions to support remote attendance. 

Participating Working Groups: 802.1, 802.3, 802.11, 802.15, 802.18, 802.19, 802.24

Registration Fees and Deadlines
  • Early:               $US 600.00 Until May 17, 2024
  • Standard:        $US 850.00 After May 17, until June 28, 2024
  • Late/Onsite:   $US 1100.00 After June 28, 2024
  • Student:          $US 100.00

Cancellation Fees and Deadlines
  • Fully Refundable: Until May 17, 2024
  • Refundable with a $US150.00 Cancellation Fee:  After May 17, until June 28 , 2024
  • Non-Refundable:  After June 28, 2024
Registration Fees Terms
  • Registration Fees are required for all individuals participating in the session. 
  • The Registration Fee is Non-Transferable
  • Registration Fees are payable by credit card only
Registration Fees Discount
  • Registration fees for the July 2024 IEEE 802 Plenary Session shall be discounted by $US 300.00 for attendees who stay at least 3 nights at the IEEE 802 Group Hotel, the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal. 
    Example: Discounted Early Registration would be $US 300.00.
  • Reservations must be completed, and a confirmation number must be entered when completing registration to receive the discounted rate.
Registration Type Changes
  • Registration Type (In Person/Virtual)
    • If you must change your registration type from In-Person to Virtual or Virtual to In-Person after registration, contact the Meeting Planner, Face to Face Events, at 802info@facetoface-events.com before June 21, 2024.
  • Hotel Discount (In Hotel/Not In Hotel)
    • If you have made or cancelled a Le Centre Sheraton Montreal guest room reservation after registration, contact the Meeting Planner, Face to Face Events, at 802info@facetoface-events.com before June 21, 2024.

Optional Social Event Ticket Fee

  • Participation in the onsite networking social event (Wednesday, July 17, 2024) is optional for in-person attendees; tickets can be purchased for $US 24.99 during registration. 
  • If you wish to purchase a ticket after registering, please return to the registration site and log in using the Already Registered button to complete your ticket purchase.
  • Tickets can be purchased until Friday, Wednesday July 10, 2024.
  • Tickets are non-refundable. 
  • The 2024 July Plenary Social is a Networking Reception – More Information will be available in May 2024
