Cancellation Policy
If you register for an IEEE 802 Plenary Session and then are unable to attend, you must request cancellation of your registration before the cancellation deadline to be eligible for a refund of all or part of the fees paid.
Cancellation requests must be made by:

Refund Deadlines
- Full Refund: 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday September 28, 2018
- $US 100.00 Cancellation Fee: 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday October 26, 2018
- No Refund: After 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday October 26, 2018
Issuing of Cancellation Refunds
All refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline of the session.
Event Registration Cancellation Policy Does Not Apply to Hotel Reservation Cancellations
This cancellation policy applies only to session registrations. The policy does not pertain to hotel accommodations, which are governed by the hotel’s cancellation policies and remain the sole responsibility of the attendee.
