January 2016 – Cancellation and Refund Deadlines

The amount of your refund depends on the date and time when your cancellation request is submitted to the 802 Meeting Planners and is subject to the following dates:

  • Full Refund: Before 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday December 4, 2015, a full refund of the registration fee paid will be applied to the credit card used for registration.
  • Partial Refund ($US 100.00 Cancellation Fee Applies): After 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday December 4, 2015 and Before 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday January 8, 2016, a  refund of the registration fee  less $US 100.00  will be applied to the credit card used for registration.
  • No Refund: After 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday January 8, 2016 no refund will be issued.

If you register for an IEEE 802  Interim Session and  are unable to attend the session, you MUST request cancellation of your registration in order to receive a refund of all or part of the fees paid.

Cancellation requests must be submitted either by using the online cancellation system or by sending an email to the 802 Meeting Planners.

  • Cancellation requests using the online system will result in an immediate transmission of a cancellation acknowledgement via email.

  • Cancellation requests using email will be acknowledged by return email within 72 hours.
  • If you have not received an acknowledgement after 72 hours, please forward a copy of your original email request so we may process your cancellation based on your original request.
