2026 JANUARY WIRELESS INTERIM SESSION

The 2026 January IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session is scheduled to take place in Victoria, British Columbia Canada.

Sessions will be at the Victoria Conference Centre and guest rooms are available at the Fairmont Empress.

In-Person and Virtual participation will be available for this session.

Fees and Deadlines

• Early                $US 800.00 until November 21, 2025
• Standard         $US 800.00 After November 21, 2025, until January 2, 2026
• Late/Onsite    $US 1000 after January 2, 2026
• Student        $US 100.00

Fees Discount
Registration fees for the 2025 September IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session shall be discounted by $US 300.00 for attendees who stay 3 or more nights at the IEEE 802 Group Hotel, the Fairmont Empress.

• Example: Discounted Early Registration would be $US 300.00.

Reservations must be completed and a confirmation number entered when completing registration in order to receive the discounted rate at check out.

If you make a hotel reservation after you have registered for the event, please send your confirmation number to register@facetoface-events.com to have the discount applied.
