Coming Together to Develop Standards

The IEEE 802 Plenary and IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Sessions are part of a series of technical meetings organized by the IEEE Standards Association (IEEE SA).

During these sessions, members of the IEEE 802 Working Groups gather to discuss and negotiate standards, as well as present developments in their respective fields.

The IEEE 802 Plenary Sessions are held in March, July, and November.

The IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Sessions in January, May, and September.

All sessions are in a mixed-mode (hybrid) format, combining in-person and virtual participation.
