The 2024 November IEEE 802 Plenary Session offers a $US 300.00 discount on registration fees for attendees staying  3 or more nights at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver.

Complete your reservation and enter the confirmation number when registering for the discounted rate.

Example:  Early Registration fee would be $US 300.00 with the discount applied.

  • No Refund: After November 1, 2024

The 2024 November Plenary Social is a Networking Reception at Telus Science World Vancouver, Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

Tickets are required for all attendees and their guests who wish to attend.

  • If you wish to purchase a ticket after registering, please return to the registration site and log in using the Already Registered button to complete your ticket purchase. 
  • Tickets can be purchased until Friday, Friday November 8, 2024.
