  • Early Registration ($US 800.00/$US 500.00)*: Before 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday October 2, 2015
  • Standard Registration ($US 900.00/$US 600.00)*: After 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday October 2, 2015 and Before 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday October 30, 2015
  • Late/Onsite Registration ($US 1100.00/$US 800.00)*: After 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday October 30, 2015

*Group Hotel Registration Policy: The combined hotel room stays of attendees are used to offset the cost of the meeting. For this reason, anyone who is not a registered guest at the Hyatt Regency Dallas for one or more nights is not eligible for the registration discount. The correct registration fee must be paid prior to receiving your badge, which permits entrance to scheduled meetings.
